Our Realtors® are independently screened through online and phone interviews to assure that they are competent in the real estate investing arena. All Realtors have different skill levels though and that is why we also conduct training to the agents that we have created partnerships with.

Our agent partners are not actually partners, per legal arrangement, but they are an integral part of our business model and we strive to help them be as knowledgeable as possible so they can serve their clients to the best of their abilities. It also helps to make them more money :)

If you are looking for assistance in your area and have found the information on this site to be informative, we ask that you at least view the Realtor for your area or contact us if we do not have one and we will find one that is knowledgeable for you. To become part of our team, you will need to be able to pass a telephone interview that will consist of some investing questions. It is okay if you do not know all the answers, but you do need to have a somewhat comprehensive knowledge. We will teach you a lot, but you need to at least know a little to start ;)

Keep in mind that our areas are exclusive. We do not have any more than one agent per area. Areas are solely determined by LowestRealEstate.com and are subject to re-evaluation at any time. Agents are required to uphold minimum posting/activity requirements.
